Real Ale Festival

Marston's are delighted to support the 2nd Real Ale Festival that the team at Edgbaston are running between the 28th – 30th July.
There will be an eclectic range of ales available, providing a wide range of beer styles from a large range of breweries.
This event showcases the unique format that we have developed in partnership with Edgbaston, where we now have two dedicated Real Ale bars for cricket fans.
Entry to the beer festival is completely FREE with your match ticket and the festival will start when doors open at 5.00pm (Two hours before the start of play).

Come down to the ground from 12.30 pm to enjoy our brand new Kids' Zone. There will be a variety of fun inflatables for all ages, including a surf simulator, gladiator duel and giant garden games, to name a few. All of the activities are completely FREE* of charge with a match day ticket.
*Please not all Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18. Unaccompanied children will not be admitted to the stadium.
Pre Match Entertainment
We are thrilled to welcome local singer/songwriter Esther Turner to Edgbaston to welcome you all to the stadium. Come down when gates open at 12.30 to catch her performing live. Esther has supported the likes of Ed Sheeran and The Jacksons- so it's not be missed!
Follow the map
Starting in the exhibition hall, grab yourself a map and find the hidden Bear pop up’s all around the stadium. You'll finish right by the Drayton Manor play zones.
Drayton Manor Playzones
Put your skills into action, at our cricket play zones with bats and balls there to use. Here, there will be a coach on hand to give you tips and tricks in this ultimate accuracy challenge!
Test out your skills
Think you can bowl like a Bear? Come and give our Bears’ bowlathon a go. Test out your bowling skills to get on the leader board, for a chance to win a signed Bears’ bat.
Souvenirs from the day
Look out for our volunteers who will be giving out a whole host of freebies including clappits, hairy handbands and autograph bats to name a few. We advise fans to get there only, we have a limited amount of giveaways and once their gone - they're gone!

Where to eat at Edgbaston
Head straight to Edgbaston Beach, where we offer everything from Halal to Gluten-Free to traditional fish and chips! Some other popular food offerings are our hog roasts, supplied by our Organic Concession Partner Fordhall Farm, a traditional BBQ, and an authentic Noodle Bar. We have also introduced kid’s lunch-boxes with nutritious and healthy snacks for the Little Bears you bring with you. Picnics are allowed into the ground, however alcohol, bottles or cans are prohibited.

Find the perfect view
The Drayton Manor Family Stand (Blocks 1-3) is home to our responsible drinking zone. Parents can relax and have a drink in a family friendly environment.
If you're after the best atmosphere in cricket, the Eric Hollies (Block 21-30) is our party stand and perfect for fancy dress groups.
Remember all seating is unreserved, we encourage our fans to explore the different stands at Edgbaston and find their own favourite view.
Getting Here By Bus
From the City
No shuttle buses are provided however please use the 1 (Broadstreet), 35, 45 & 47 services (Bullring).
You MUST pre book on site parking. There will be no parking available on the day to purchase. Members parking is £5 and for non members £10. These WILL sell out so book today.
