Birmingham Bears skipper Ian Bell has signed to play for Hong Kong T20 Blitz franchise, Hong Kong Island United.

Bell, who will head to Hong Kong on Sunday, will join Pakistan Test captain Misbah-ul-Haq, West Indies spinner Samuel Badree and Pakistan spinner Saeed Ajmal as the Islanders four international players in the four-day tournament, which takes place at the Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground.
