Buses run to Edgbaston at frequent intervals from Smallbrook Queensway, 2 hours before start of play and for 1 hour after the end of play back to the city centre.
As well as providing a cheap alternative to parking on match days, shuttle buses provide a green solution for fans travelling to matches at Edgbaston, which sits well with the Club's current Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy.
Keith Cook, Cricket Operations Manager who organises, among other things, the player's travel and accommodation for away matches said, " The Kings Ferry coaches are high quality and the epitome of luxury travel. Giving the players this level of comfort, means arriving for games refreshed, and ready. Some matches we play are as far away as Durham or Somerset, and arriving tired can put you at a disadvantage. For us its about ensuring we are in the best possible physical and mental state whether we are home or away."
As well as helping our fans get to matches, National Express will be providing luxury travel for the Bears when they head to some of their furthest away games, through their luxury travel sister partner The Kings Ferry.
