The good news is, you’re entitled to a refund/ticket exchange if rain cancels the match.
If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less and no result is obtained, then you will be entitled to a full refund on your ticket or the right to use it for any other Birmingham Bears NatWest T20 Blast group match, at Edgbaston Stadium during the 2017 season.
This policy applies to paid-for match tickets only, and applies to early bird tickets, online tickets as well as on the day tickets. A refund is not available for complimentary tickets.
To exchange your ticket(s) for another Birmingham Bears NatWest T20 Blast group match, please bring your ticket with you to the club shop prior to the fixture or we will exchange your ticket(s) at the gate on the day of the game. To claim your refund simply send your ticket(s), with the name of the payee, address, postcode and email in block capitals to REFUND POLICY , Warwickshire County Cricket Club, Edgbaston Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B5 7QU or bring your ticket to the club shop. You must claim within 28 days of the date of the match. Please note, no refunds will be issued on the day of the rain affected fixture. Please allow 60 days from receipt of claim for us to process your refund.
SEASON PASS HOLDERS
All Birmingham Bears Season Pass holders have the option to claim an extra ticket for any remaining NatWest T20 Blast home group game, or claim a ticket to any home Royal London One-Day Cup or Specsavers County Championship fixture.
To claim an extra ticket, Season Pass holders must make the claim in person at the Ticket Office or call our Ticket Hotline and reference the Season Pass number on the reverse of the season pass card.
Warwickshire CCC members affected by the fixture can claim an additional ticket for a future 2017 NatWest T20 Blast group game, Royal London One-Day Cup or Specsavers County Championship fixture.
To claim an extra ticket Members must make the claim in person at the Ticket Office or call our Ticket Hotline and reference your membership number on the reverse of their membership card.
Please be advised that car parking is non-refundable and all future car parking bookings must be made in advance of the fixture customers are attending.
