Edgbaston Stadium is pleased to work closely with Fordhall Organic Farm in Shropshire. Our Head Chef Dave Hill and his team have worked with Ben Hollins, Tennet Farmer at Fordhall.

Visitors to the Stadium on a match day can expect to see many food outlets, managed by Ben and his team, fresh from the farm. These include a Hog Roast outlet, BBQ offerings, Traditional Fish and Chips and our Noodle Bar.

All the burgers provided are made on the farm by their team of butchers, and all of the sausages are hand linked from pork butchered in their own on-site butchery.

Ben also works with a number of partners on the farm. Such partners, provides catering specialising in vegetarian food, halal offerings, healthy choices and family friendly menus.
