Wasps and England rugby star Elliot Daly has been named as a captain, along with Bears batsman Ian Bell, for this Sunday’s Neal Abberley Memorial Trophy match.
Taking place at Knowle & Dorridge CC from 2pm, Wasps’ fellow England star Joe Launchbury and scrum half Dan Robson are just some of the rugby stars who will be in attendance alongside the Bears playing squad.
On the day Bears and Wasps players will be mixed into teams for a T20 match that will be used to raise funds for the Warwickshire County Cricket Club Player Pathway and Midlands charity Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice, which Wasps supports.
Tickets for the Neal Abberley Memorial Trophy are available on the day priced at £5 for adults, £1 for under 16s and £10 for a family (two adults and two under 16s).
